Okay, I’m going to be honest here. I am a social media dummy. I have no clue what is going on with Facebook. My Webmaster told me that to get my website out there it would be good to get on Facebook. So here I am, but then I also have a Business page to promote my children’s books and I also have a website where I do my writing.
But what do I do? I found out from my Webmaster that I had to add friends to my public page then invite them to my business page. So I started clicking add a friend or confirm the request. One thing that surprised me was how many people I knew. People that I had been out of touch with and didn’t know where to find them.
I have a couple of questions about people requesting to be friends, was this their idea or facebooks. Also, I heard to be careful about links that viruses (don’t get me started on viruses) could be attached unbeknownst to the linker. Yes I have a very good blocker and I’ve put links about my blog posts to my website so should I be afraid?
Another question I had was I get these tiny little bits that say so and so says hi or so and so liked your G S Chambers. Did they really do that or was that facebook making me feel good?
So again what do I do now?
Well, I guess I’ll just say HI back to everyone who has become a friend. Several are relatives that, I’m ashamed to say, I haven’t kept in touch. Please forgive me for being selfish. Many are friends that I have worked with or gone to church with. Thank you for reaching out and confirming or requesting to be my friend.
So if anyone would like to comment on these questions that I have brought up. I would really like to get a little more educated about Facebook.

Hi, It’s nice to be friends. I sure don’t have all the answers. I’ve been trying and trying to start a blog, but just can’t figure out how to do the site. I can write just fine! But creating a site is not as easy for me as they say it is!

Writers of Kern had put on a blog challenge and I decided to accept that challenge. This was 3-4 years ago. So I went to Weebly and made a website. It wasn’t the greatest, but I met the challenge and earned points toward being an active member. When it came time to do this website I wanted something that was more professional so I got a pro to set it up. All I have to do is write, but trying to find the time to write is harder. What am I saying? LOL I have all the time in the world now. Thank you for visiting my website!
